Okay this is ridiculous. I hate not having freedom and being treated like a child. And don’t tell me I’m acting like one so I deserve it, because no, I’m not. I’ve followed the rules so far but it’s running my patience. I can wake myself up to make it to breakfast and class. I don’t need a babysitter for every hour. These are all kids going off to college after next summer, and we’re being treated like fucking children. I’m sorry, the last time I checked we were what you all called “the best and the brightest.” So why the fuck are we being leashed like the bad kids in a first grade class? Most of us can drive, have our own bank accounts and jobs, and obviously we’re all well behaved people if we got into this “camp.” So why the nanny treatment? I just don’t understand.

Gov School - Day 1

So far so good. The food’s pretty good. Although the ice cream machine wouldn’t turn off right away so I accidentally got too much and looked like the idiot fatass with too much Mint Chip ice cream… But oh well. My roommate’s chill, the other girls here are too. Only complaint is the damn heat. Ridiculous, I don’t even feel like going outside because I know I’ll only get more irritated. Classes start tomorrow! Hopefully anatomy and dissections will be fun… but we’ll see. I wish the showers were a bit cooler though, but the water is rather warm or at least it feels that way. And the AC doesn’t seem to be working properly but it’s okay.
